Cassis Kitchen
Cassis Kitchen is a semi fine dining eatery located at the front of Pavilion Apartment. Both its indoor and outdoor sections exhibit an elegant atmosphere with classic ornaments decorating the space. Served with beautiful plating techniques, the food is not only appetizing but also good looking.
Among the favorites is Foie Gras Duo. Served with a duck liver mousse, the Foie Grass has a unique delicate texture that escalates the curiosity of even those who regularly do not fancy the distinctive taste of Foie Grass. Another favorites are the Steak Frites, Caramelized Duck, and Fish 'n Chips.
Guests can also enjoy free compliments such as Sourdough Break and Raspberry Sorbet for starters and Cotton Candy to sweeten their taste buds after meals.
